Every Wagyu Sirloin we sell is chosen to reflect both its quality and its origin. Our Japanese A5 Sirloin from Kagoshima is revered for its balance of refined marbling and layered umami, raised in pristine conditions and finished on grain for over 600 days.

From Australia, producers like Margaret River, Stone Axe, and Lotte L’Grow provide their own interpretations of Wagyu Sirloin. Margaret River delivers clean, wine-country influenced flavours. How to Cook Wagyu Sirloin

Sear for Structure, Rest for Tenderness

Wagyu Sirloin loves a hot surface. It needs a high-heat sear to lock in juices and develop a crust that complements its firmer texture. But it also benefits from rest, that moment off-heat where everything softens and settles.

For the best result, let the steak reach room temperature before cooking. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Sear on a hot pan or grill until a crisp edge forms. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep the juices intact.

Ideal for Pan or BBQ

Because it’s slightly leaner, sirloin handles open flame beautifully. Throw it on a grill and let the marbling protect it. Or sear it in a heavy pan to build that golden crust.

If you want to add butter or aromatics, do it in the final moments. But don’t overthink it. The steak can stand on its own.

Cook it rare to medium-rare. Anything more, and you risk drying the marbling before it’s had time to shine.
